Bintan Trip- Learn to Lead Module.





Reported at the same place we reported on day 1.Got to know our groupings and how coincidental, Buvanes and i ended up in the same group :) Got to know my team mates. Played some ice breakers, and then had lunch. Around noon, we left NP and headed to Tanah merah ferry terminal.
Took the ferry at around 2pm. The journey was about an hour. Upon reaching Bintan, we boarded the bus and went to our resort - Bintan Lagoon Resort. There, we were warmly welcomed by a dance at the entrance and a drink each. We were given free tiem to roam around, and then later reported in our seminar room where we had 'lessons'. Played tug of war trio. Tough game, and got our arms aching.
'Many other games from day one to three were rather challenging. Thankfully my group was pretty united (:

'i watched Nijangal. Sad that only my room didnt have that channel -urggh.
'wifi costs $10 per hour, so i didnt bother to use.
'Meals were all buffet styled. the chocolates cakes were best -we queued for them!
'Writing post it notes to each other was something we all enjoyed - time to say thank you, time to give feedbacks.
'Giving and receiving gems were meaningful, and brought many to tears. How time passes. How much we value each other. "dear ---, i give this gem to you because ---, i chose this colour for you because *you shine*"

'Practical Assessment time was alright? i did my best, i know. and i thank my group for co orperating w me and the other leaders at my station.
'The rooms were great. big and nice.
'Written test stressed us out. it was like 'ohmygod, SS exam?!' i was practically scribbling all that i could think of. yes, bintan trip had a written test too :X
'Last night, dance floor. ;) we payed for this by ourselves - $2 was reasonable la.
'After dance floor, stayed up to chit chat and gossipppp. hehe. and ended up sleeping for two hours only. managed to catch up w a little sleep on the next day.
'Bintan's sand is oh-so-soft !
'Shopping at Pasar ole ole. expensive tourist stuff. didnt really buy anything.
'Melissa Ong shares the same birthday as me! twin (: & i found out through our v first game on the v first day ;)
